Cultural Awareness Webinars
AC Solutions alongside Norfolk Care Association (NorCa) & International Recruitment East has brought out a series of webinars based on Cultural Awareness and Pastoral Care aimed at care providers and staff with the aim of ensuring safety and wellbeing of all internationally recruited staff. We recognise the need for not only strong training in social care but also training required to ensure new recruits adapt to the UK as well their new roles but also that care providers adapt their services for new recruits. This is necessary to ensure the very best quality of care for the people who access ASC services.
